Returns & Exchanges

At SilkSilky, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury silk purchase; if you are not, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all products are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Return Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold your silk items and place them in the original shipping box or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags and labels are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
